You might not realize it, but this group hug doesn’t exist in this exact way in the episode.
In reality, Alexis starts to bring Stevie into the hug, the camera cuts to Moira and Johnny waving goodbye from the car, and then the camera goes back to the group, with Stevie moving in close as they all wave.
Turns out, though? It’s the same take for both parts of the hug. They just split it in two, with a few milliseconds repeated on either side. (You can see David say, “Bye,” twice in the scene.)
I wanted to see if I could merge the pieces together into one seamless shot. This is the result.
